Group Assignment

Part A (10 pts). Post a message on ClassNet in which your group:

  1. Identifies all of the individuals who have a stake in Robert's decision.
  2. Discuss why they have a stake in Robert's decision.
  3. Post your message on ClassNet under the heading "Module 3 - Solving the Problem, Part A".

Part B (70 pts). Write a report about Robert's decision:

Your group will be assigned one of the stakeholders identified in Part A of this assignment. Do not start Part B until you have been assigned a stakeholder!

For your stakeholder:

  1. Identify possible choices that Robert could make (be creative).
  2. Discuss the implications of each choice for your stake holder.
  3. Choose the best solution for your stakeholder regardless of whether you think it is the best choice for Robert. Justify your choice.

Post your report on ClassNet under the topic "Module 3 - Solving the Problem, Part B".

Then send an email to Dr. Ingebritsen with information about the process you used to develop the your report. The email should contain the following information:
