Exam Proctor Information

Students are required to identify a proctor for one or more tests. The following guidelines should be followed when selecting a proctor. All questions regarding proctors should be directed to your instructor.

You, the student, are responsible for making arrangements for a proctor by contacting an official from one of the categories listed below. Those typically approved as proctors include:

No relative or immediate work supervisor may proctor an examination.

In arranging for proctoring, please note the following:
YOU MUST USE THE SAME EXAM PROCTOR FOR EACH OF THE EXAMS IN A COURSE. When making arrangements with a proctor, be sure to arrange supervision for all tests required for the course. Tentative exam dates may be found on the course homepage.

Once you have identified a proctor please have that individual complete either the on-line Proctor Agreement form or the paper form.
