Chad D. Navrude

Chad's stint at ProjectBIO began before I can remember (in other words, I wasn't a student here yet).He worked extensively on the Gen 308 class, and also helped with the creation of Biol 201 and Biol109.Mr. Navrude left us after the spring of 1997 for an internship with Pioneer Hi-Bred International .
Katie M. Abendroth
Katie has been the workhorse at Project BIO. She was here from the start, and only recently left us for better things at the University of Iowa. Katie should be called "The Wizard", because if she didn't know how to do it, then it wasn't worth doing. She worked on everything from HTML and Claris to the audio files and SoundEdit 16. Katie was the person to find if you were an employee and messed something up, or if you were an instructor that needed instruction in the world of computers. Sadly, she left her cardinal and gold roots for UIowa (Go Hawks!) during the summer of 1998. She is currently a grad student in MIS over in Hawkeye Country.
Timothy W. Burkhart

Tim joined the force during the summer of 1998. Katie trained him for a month or so before she left, so he had an excellent teacher. It's not like he needed one, though. He worked for Dupont in their Information Systems Department, and knows the ropes well. Tim's one of the late-night proctors you'll find in Room 241 Science II from 6-9 on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. If you need to take a test on Classnet, he's the "go-to" man.
Benjamin J. Rahe
Now for the author of this page......Yeah, that's me, Ben. I started during the fall of my freshman year at ISU, 1996. I've been busy ever since, learning from first Chad and then later on Katie. Working for Project BIO has been an excellent opportunity for me, although my major is Animal Science (they take all kinds here). I've worked on Biol201, Biol202, Gen308, Biol109, and Zool155, so I know a little bit about a lot of the courses. I too am one of the late-night proctors, but my schedule is tougher than Tim's so he'll be around more than I will (just kidding). If you have any comments about this page, please e-mail them to:
