Registration

All participants must register in advance for the workshop. There is a $50 registration fee which includes the cost of a book about on-line learning. Note that there is a limit of 13 participants per workshop so early registration is advisable.

ISU Participants

Contact the ISU Training and Development office at 294-8914, or by e-mail (hrstandd@iastate.edu). Please provide your name, department, campus address, phone number, classification (faculty, P&S, merit, TA, etc.), and workshop name and date. Please submit payment (cash, check or intramural) with registration form to Training and Development, 1031 Wallace Road Office Building, Room 112.

Other Participants

Complete the Workshop Application Form and send it by mail, fax or as an email attachment along with a check for the $50 registration fee  to:
