EDUCATION: A List of National and Local Contacts is a guide to
assist secondary school teachers, undergraduate instructors, and
others who are developing biotechnology curricula. A fairly
extensive list of local contacts listed state by stat is given.
These local sources often provide services such as workshops fo
teachers, tours for students and teachers, free biotechnology
education materials and contacts with local scientists. As an aid
in locating books and journals on biotechnology, a list of Library
of Congress subject headings related to biotechnology is provided
as well as a list of books which may be helpful to biotechnology
educators.
