Malus sp. (Crabapple): Flowers
		Flowers appear before, with, or slightly after the leaves in April and May. They are white, pink or red, and are produced in small, showy clusters on leafy dwarf shoots. Each flower has 5 (or more) rounded petals, numerous stamens, and 2 to 5 styles, each with a 5-chambered ovary and 1 or 2 seeds per chamber.
